- 不接受無防護措施之大尺度攝影。(防護措施＝遮擋三點重要部位)；不接受攝影人數超過三人之預約。(包場除外)
- 線上預約填寫的預約時間請以入棚時間為主，並請與前後組的使用時間間隔30分鐘，
以利工作人員進棚維護攝影棚每一次使用的美觀與完整性。 - 本棚採預付訂金制，收到訂金後才算預約成功。無論租借時數訂金一律為新台幣500元整。請於三天內完成匯款，無匯款者視同取消預約。尾款請當日於工作人員巡視完棚景確認無誤後以現金結清，請勿擅自先行交付全額或是尾款。如欲取消預約請於三天前與本棚聯絡，少於三天或無聯絡者訂金將不予退還。
- 本棚提供1小時整裝與30分鐘撤裝時間；如因私人因素而延遲進棚，為避免影響下一組客人的使用權利則同樣按照預約的入場時間計算。如預約開門時間開始之時段，將不提供整裝時間；如預約關門時間結束之時段，將不提供撤裝時間。預約時間包含非營業時段則會視情況拒絕或加收場地人員加班費(每小時$300)
- 各包廂皆有使用人數上限與加購使用人數上限，如超過加購使用人數上限將會請超過的人員離場。 因休息區空間有限，此使用人數上限的定義為：所有進棚＆未進棚拍攝之人員。
- 有收費之攝影活動或商業攝影場請使用商業攝影包場；一般租借如發票有統一編號需求者將視為商業攝影費用將為定價的5倍。(不包含學校單位與非營利組織)
